All Clean London has held an ongoing contract with Allen & Overy since July 2006, making it a long-running client relationship spanning nearly two decades.

The Challenge

The scale and specification of 10 Bishops Square requires a highly structured, reliable cleaning programme. The building features 6 BMUs (Building Maintenance Units) on site, and all windows across the entire facade need to be cleaned every two months without fail, a demanding schedule that requires careful coordination and a team experienced in working within a live, high-profile corporate environment.

The Solution

All Clean London manages the full window cleaning programme at Allen & Overy’s headquarters using a combination of BMU cradle systems, water-fed poles, and rope access. The 6 on-site BMUs are operated by our trained, experienced operatives to clean the building’s upper levels, while water-fed poles and rope access are deployed where the building’s configuration requires an alternative approach.

The bi-monthly schedule is strictly maintained, ensuring the building is always presented to the standard a firm of Allen & Overy’s reputation demands. Full compliance documentation and method statements are provided as standard.
