London School of Economics
About the Project
The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the world’s leading universities, consistently ranked among the top institutions globally for social sciences. With a campus spread across Central London in the London Borough of Westminster, LSE operates across a large and diverse estate of academic buildings, lecture theatres, student facilities, and administrative spaces, all requiring consistent, professional maintenance.
All Clean London officially began working with LSE in September, taking on window cleaning across 35 sites throughout the university’s London campus.
The Challenge
A contract spanning 35 sites across a busy Central London university campus demands precise coordination and a contractor capable of managing multiple buildings simultaneously without disrupting the daily life of thousands of students, academics, and staff.
LSE’s estate includes buildings of varying heights, ages, and architectural styles, each requiring the appropriate cleaning approach, while the setting of Holborn and the surrounding area adds further logistical complexity.
The Solution
All Clean London manages window cleaning across all 35 LSE sites, deploying the appropriate access method and scheduling approach for each building.
Work is carefully planned around the university’s academic calendar and daily operations, ensuring cleaning is carried out with minimal disruption to students and staff throughout.
Our directly employed, uniformed operatives are experienced in working within active academic environments, understanding the importance of professionalism, punctuality, and discretion on a campus of LSE’s profile and prominence.
The Result
All Clean London supports the London School of Economics across its full 35-site London estate, helping one of the world’s most prestigious universities maintain clean, welcoming, and well-presented buildings for its students, staff, and visitors.
